This information is only passed on to the hotel that you have made the reservation with, for the purpose of identification upon your arrival. We do not distribute or use any of your information for any purposes not authorized by you, except for the unlikely circumstances required by law.

We strictly observe European personal information protection regulations and implement procedures to ensure the privacy of your information and to prevent against any unauthorized access.

Your credit card information
Credit card information is requested for the purpose of securing the hotel reservation. Your credit card information will not be used to automatically collect payment for your hotel stay; it is only used to collect a penalty in the case of no-show or late cancellation.

Your personal data
Your personal data is stored on the Eolie 4U server within your password protected account. You may access and edit your account at anytime. You may also delete your account after your hotel stay is completed.

Your email address
Confirmation of your booking is automatically sent to your email address on record. Eolie 4U may further email you for feedback. Newsletters will be sent to you via email if requested. You may request to discontinue customer surveys and newsletters at any time by emailing to
